I thought there were so many folks out there that seemed to be either drunk or drinking.

MAIN STAGE:

JUSTIN MOORE-
Justin threw down in a red, neck in your face kinda way!  I just loved the way that guy could get the audience into it.  I am not sure if it was the altitude or the drinking going on but the crowd seemed very docile at first when Justin took the stage.  That quickly changed when we went into his FARM BOY hit called ‘BACK THAT THING UP!’  I watched as different guys put their girlfriends or wives on their shoulder and tried to delicately balance them with a head swimming full of beer and other wonderful party options I won’t care to mention.  One dude lost his chick and she went down in isle 105 OUCH!  Not to worry beer helps the , she got back up and continued to rock with Justin Moore as he did ‘BACKWOODS’!  No piro for Justin no fancy off the wall video screens just PURE ENERGY and TALENT!

DARIOUS RUCKER-
I honestly was not sure how the crowds would do with HIM!  He was as some women and I have  described before in platonic way ‘HOOTIEEELICIOUS.’  He busted out a lot of BLOWFISH tunes!  TUNES like ‘ I Wanna Hold Your Hand’  and a bunch others we all know but forget the names of right?  He had everyone on their feet as he sang ‘Family Tradition’  the classic hit with the extra lines that the audioence provided. EXAMPLE ‘HANK WHY DO YOU DRINK…….audience ‘TO GET DRUNK’…….WHY DO YOU ROLL SMOKE…..audience…….’TO GET STONED.’ And so on and so on!  He also wore a great looking NIKE HATE that he signed and gave to the wolf audience to fight over.  People went nuts, I mean there was nearly a fight in the front row.  I thought to myself what would happen is I gave out a hat I wore…..people would immeadiatle seek some sort of sanitation device and hold their nose and make the stinky face??!?! LOL

BRAD PAISLEY-
Was it me or does this guy love to look at himself LOL!?!?!?  VIDEO SCREENS IN FULL EFFECT I counted 5 of them including the BACKGROUD!  He has come a long way from the time I saw him in Abilene, Texas (The armpit of Texas btw.)  He was simple amazing a guitar virtsiouso possibly?  Besides Keith Urban I do not think anyone can come close to his wicked axe picking skills.  However yell at me if you want to, but that wore me out a BIT?? Ten minute guitar solos on every tune?  At what point is that considered showing off LOL!?  Don’t get me wrong if I could do it I WOULD TOO but I was wishing for some more STAGE excitement?  Again he has come a long way from that SHOW In Abilene!!!!
I was thinking all of this until BLEW the doors off the DUMP with BIG HEAD BRAD!  Do you know what that is?  He started the tune ‘Celebrity’……more to come after 7pm tonight…….

Here is a cool break down on who you are going to see:

Darius Rucker (born May 13, 1966). He first gained fame as the lead and guitarist of the band Hootie & the Blowfish, of which he has been a member since the band’s foundation in 1986. In 2008, Rucker began a solo career in COUNTRY!

Rucker has recorded two solo albums: Back to Then in 2002 on Hidden Beach Recordings, followed by Learn to Live in 2008 on Capitol Records Nashville. Learn to Live’s first three singles—”Don’t Think I Don’t Think About It”, “It Won’t Be Like This for Long” and “Alright”—have all reached Number One on the U.S. Hot Country Songs chart, followed by the #3 “History in the Making.” The album itself has been certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America for U.S. shipments of one million copies.

Rucker was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina, where his family history goes back generations.His single mother, Carolyn, who was a nurse, raised him with his five siblings: three sisters and two brothers. According to Rucker, his father was “never around,” and Rucker only saw him before church on Sundays. His father was in a gospel band called The Rolling Stones. Rucker has said that he had a “typical Southern, African-American upbringing.” His family attended church every Sunday, were economically poor and at one point, his mom, her two sisters, his grandmother and 14 children were all living in a three-bedroom home. Even so, he says that he looks back on his childhood “with very fond memories.”His sister, L’Corine, recalled that singing “was always his dream.”

Justin Cole Moore (born March 30, 1984 in Poyen, Arkansas) is an American country music singer and songwriter signed to Big Machine Records imprint Valory Music Group. He has released one album for the label, the self-titled Justin Moore, which has accounted for four Top 40 singles on the Hot Country Songs charts. Among these singles are the Number One “Small Town USA” and the Top Ten single “Backwoods.”

In mid-2008, Moore signed to the Valory Music Group, an imprint of the independent record label Big Machine Records. The label then released the digital single “I Could Kick Your Ass.” His first radio single, “Back That Thing Up,” was co-written by his producer Jeremy Stover and Universal South Records artist Randy Houser. It reached #38 on the U.S. Billboard Hot Country Songs charts late in the year. Moore continued working on his debut album, which was part of a special promotion called “So You Want to Be a Record Label Executive.” This promotion placed his music on social networking sites such as MySpace and iLike, where fans were allowed to create playlists comprising ten of his songs; the top ten songs picked were then included on the final album.^[4] His next single, “Small Town USA,” entered the charts in February 2009,^[5] followed by a digital EP entitled The “You Asked for It” EP.

On August 11, the label released his self-titled debut album, on which Moore co-wrote nine of ten tracks.^[6] Justin Moore debuted at #3 on the Top Country Albums charts.^[7] Moore promoted the single and album on a “Small Town USA” tour which began in his hometown of Poyen and included several stops in small towns, as well as acoustic shows at Walmart stores.^[6] On the Billboard charts dated for October 3, 2009, “Small Town USA” became his first Number One hit. “Backwoods” was released as the album’s third single in October 2009; the song was his second Top 10 hit with a peak of #6 in April 2010. The album’s fourth single, “How I Got to Be This Way,” debuted at #54 on the U.S. Billboard Hot Country Songs chart for the week of June 12, 2010.

Yesterday we had to announce the front ROW BRAD P. Seats and passes to meet him.

When the name was drawn, it blew my mind!  The last name was ZARATE.  The name of a girl I went to grade school and high school with and had a life-long crush on!  HA, I thought there is no way this could be the same girl, NOWAY!  I called her to let her know she was a winner, and it turned out she married into the name.  I let the winner know of my fondness for the last name and she laughed and thought that was cute.  I went on to tell her that her name was identical to the middle and high school crush I had!  She let me know that she married into the name!

I went on the air and told the story and also let everyone know I asked her out to the junior PROM.  I however would not let the cat out of the bag as to weather or not she said yes….

This reminds me of a real cool internet story of a dude asking out one of the hottest girls on the planet!  Check this out:

Ah yes, the highs and lows of getting a hot date to the high school prom. Nothing a few years of therapy and a Zoloft prescription can’t solve… or, in the case of Dakota Ridge High School senior Conner Cordova, an aggressive YouTube campaign.

Seventeen-year-old Cordova didn’t want to settle for the ordinary. A high school girl, not famous or anything, just wouldn’t cut it for him. So he reportedly launched “a series of YouTube videos to get UFC Octagon Girl and Maxim model Arianny Celeste to go to the prom with him.”

You can check out all of his YouTube videos here (he’s had a few hundred thousand views, and we expect that number to skyrocket in the coming days). Some just focus on his love of Ultimate Fighting, but there are a bunch that specifically court Arianny. Here’s our favorite one, complete with a Neil Diamond impersonation. Nicely done, bro.

His ploy hit critical mass… and worked. The object of his affection has agreed to go with him to the prom, “as long as Cordova has a date for her friend.”

Assuming her friend is also a famous Maxim model, probably won’t be too hard for him to take care of that.

No snark here. Kudos to young Cordova. Be sure to keep your clippings, as any ad agency or social media firm with two neurons to rub together would dig your bravado. Alex Bogusky, are you reading? Give this kid an internship. Preferably paid, so he can take Arianny somewhere fun.

And to answer the question that I threw out earlier on the air and the beginning of the blog, she said yes.
However she waited until the very last minute to do so and to commit!  And of course the stress of waiting and waiting for an answer that I thought would never come was nearly unbearable back in High School!  The culmination of my stress or the results, if you will, was in the middle of my forehead, HUGE GIGANTASTIC ZIT!

I will never forget my friend Erik who was on of the first to greet me with the hottest date in school!  He said, “WOW, she is a BEAUTY!”
Of course I was over come with a sense of pride, accomplishment and just over all ‘coolness’ from what he said.  That was until he took his hand and made an imaginary gun pointed it at my forehead and went ‘BANG!’!

Confidence shattered, ‘coolness’ shot, sense of dread overwhelmed me…I wanted to run out of the High School and dunk my head in the school fountain!  That was of course until my date told me not to worry she could fix that like so totally easy….
She told me to follow her out into the hallway, she opened her purse and out what I thought was a dab of brown cream on my forehead and smoothed it out and told me that it was ‘cover up’?  I went into the restroom and bad-ah-bing bah-da-boom icky embarrassing zit in the middle of my forehead was gone!
HALLALEUHYA I thought, I AM BACK!  Confidence at three thousand……

I later found my friend Erik by the punch bowel.  My date and I walked over to have a drink.  He shouted out ‘ZIT POLICE, raise your hands your under arrest’!  My date took the ladle to what I thought was to pour herself some punch and  spilled it all over his head.  And in a very total hot girl way said to him ‘Get a life and a date!’
HA!  I had no idea he went stag…….let me tell ya that was something to remember for a lifetime!

I was scared at first, I thought what do I have to say that people would actually read?

Feels good to be back to work, infact I sung ‘Hi ho hi ho its off to work i go’ diving into work this past Monday.  I was out this past wee for 5 whole DAYS! LOL  Went to MT and visited some friends and family.

I missed pushing buttons and taling into a small cylindershaped opject for 4 plus hours a day, seriously!!  Infact i did a little googling and found this staggering stat on working in America WOW!  I am very happy to be back to work after looking at this!
